Types of Case Making Available

Timber Cases and Crates
Fully enclosed timber cases provide maximum protection for goods during transport. Ideal for sea freight, these bespoke cases can be manufactured to your exact specifications, safeguarding cargo from the elements throughout the shipping process.

Timber Wood Crates
With standard 95mm gaps between boards on the sides, ends, and lid, timber crates use less material and are lighter, making them well-suited for air freight. They provide a cost-effective and efficient solution for shipping goods by air.

Plywood Framed Cases
Plywood cases are lightweight yet strong, making them an excellent choice for air freight. Available in thicknesses from 6mm to 22mm, all plywood cases are ISPM 15 compliant and can be customized to meet your specific requirements.

Plywood Riveted Cases
Constructed from 6mm birch plywood with steel corner strips, these cases can be flat-packed for easy storage when not in use. The reinforced corners provide durability and secure handling during shipping.

Pallets
We manufacture pallets for single-use or repeated shipments, all built with ring-shanked nails to ensure maximum strength and reliability for heavy or bulky goods.

Cardboard and Fiberboard Boxes
Corrugated fiberboard boxes are made from fluted corrugated sheets and linerboards, offering a lightweight yet sturdy packaging solution suitable for various transport and storage needs.
